  • Is there a minimum order amount?

    No, you can rent just what you need.

    We do not work with a minimum order amount.

  • Do you accept same day orders?

    We can deliver your same day placed order within the next 3 hours for Gran Canaria and 24 hours for Tenerife.

    However, in case of an emergency, you can contact us by phone/WhatsApp and we will try to help you.

  • How is the price calculated?

    The price will depend on the length of the rental period.

    At Your Tavel Baby we apply a minimum price that corresponds to the price of 3 days of rental for any item on the web.

  • Will delivery be exactly at the time I have selected?

    We always try to meet the time you have selected in your reservation, however, it may be the case that we have to make some changes due to the availability of our delivery service.

    If the time is changed, we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time.

  • Do you deliver at anytime?

    Our delivery hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

    If you need the delivery or collection to be out of these hours, we will charge a supplement of €20.

  • In which areas do you deliver?

    We currently cover the entire territory of the islands of Gran Canaria and Tenerife.

  • Is there any extra charge for the delivery of my order?

    In Gran Canaria, the delivery is free, except for the center, north and Las Palmas de G.C. (capital city), which carries a supplement of 15€.

    In the case of Tenerife, deliveries in the south area are free and deliveries in the north area of the island and north airport, will carry an extra charge of 40 €.

  • Do you deliver to the airport?

    Yes, although we prefer to reserve deliveries at the airport for car seat orders.

    You will find us once you leave the baggage claim with an identification sign.

    Remember that the delivery is free of charge for Gran Canaria and Tenerife South airports. For Tenerife North airport, the transport supplement would be 40€ extra.

    On Tenerife island, only car seats are delivered at the airport. All other items will be delivered to your accommodation.

  • What if my flight gets delayed?

    No problem, with your flight number we will track it and know at what estimated time you will arrive so we will adjust the delivery time according to the new schedule.

  • When is payment made and what methods are accepted?

    For website orders, payment is made when the order is confirmed.

    The payment methods accepted through the website are Stripe or Paypal.

    For orders placed by phone or email, you will be sent a link to our payment gateway, where you can pay with your credit card, or we can send you a payment request through PayPal.

  • Is a deposit required when renting an item?

    No, at the moment we do not ask for any kind of deposit.

    We are confident that our customers will treat our items with the same care that we do.

  • What happens if I have an issue with a rented item?

    If you inform us within 24 hours of delivery we will solve it as soon as possible.

    If you inform us after 24 hours of delivery of the item we must assess the incident to give you a solution.

  • Do I have to present any kind of identification at delivery?

    Yes, you must present an identification document with a photo.

  • What happens if any of the items get damaged?

    If it is a small damage such as rubs, scratches, etc. derived from a normal and usual use, nothing happens.

    If the damage is due to misuse and affects the proper functioning of the item, you will have to pay for the repair or, in the worst case scenario, replacement of the item if it cannot be repaired.

  • What if I need something I can't find on the web?

    If you can't find what you are looking for on the website, send us an email to info@yourtravelbaby.com or contact us by phone or WhatsApp, explaining what you need and we will do our best to help you.

  • How do you clean your products?

    All our material is disinfected and cleaned after each use, with bactericidal and viricidal products, according to the recommendations and regulations in force.

    The fabrics are washed using steam machines or pressurized water when necessary.

    After this process, the product is stored and cleaned again before being rented again.

  • How can I cancel an order?

    We understand that it is difficult to know if you will eventually need our services or not, so you can cancel your order through your website profile at any time or by phone without a cancellation fee.

  • Can I rent items for long periods of time?

    Yes, this service is only available on the island of Gran Canaria.
